New Qualifications

This brings me to something that has kept me very busy studying over the past months...


Just over one year ago I attended an event in London that changed my life for ever. Having spent three days couped up with 3,000+ other people all experiencing the same thing I knew I wanted to understand more about what I had gone through.

That started my serious journey on personal & business development. Of course I had read all the usual books, done the coaching course, but this was a bit different. It wasn't for everybody of naturally, lots of people left as their personal 'stuff' came up - this only compelled me to see the process through.

Now I knew a bit about NLP, but this is much more than that...

At the end I went away to think about what I had been through - some information (well lots actually) about Quantum Physics, a series of focused exercises requiring us to dig deep and uncover any fears, limiting decisions and beliefs that we might have held that could hold us back in our lives. We explored our values - what was important to us and how that has a direct impact on our lives, we set some really large goals in a totally different way than I had learned! We listened to a magical story and on the third day it was lots of powerful visualisation processes that have impacted me in an enormous way!

I decided I wanted to be able to do all of this and more, so set about creating the funds to do two of the courses.

I have just qualified in Master level NLP, Hypnosis, Christopher Howard Results Coaching, Performance Consultancy and Advanced Neurological Re-patterning. These are tools I am using for myself and for my clients on a daily basis.
